Wine tasting

This year's wine tasting will again take place at hotel restaurant of Dum U Ruze hotel on April 30, starting at 7pm. During the wine tasting session, there will be a possibility to visit the 12th century cellars free of charge.
We will be offered 8 samples accompanied with light snack – bread, lard with cracklings, cheese and vegetables. The session will be narrated by a sommelier, who will give details on each sample – what to look for while tasting, nosing, which meals are the best to have with it. You will have your own tasting card, where you will be able to record your own feelings about the tasted samples. After the tasting, you will be able to purchase bottles of the tasted samples. On top of this, there will be a tasting competition and a sample of sparkling wine will be tried.
